Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange/store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a request

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CARE and/or CUSTOMIZED ITEM RETURNS.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be made for the same item or another item of equal value, when available.

  • Personal care and customized items remain NON-RETURNABLE.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you.

Refunds

  • All exchange and/or store credit requests must be accompanied by photo(s) of item and order number.
  • All approved requests will be processed as store credit only within 10 business days.
  • NO CASH, DEBIT or CREDIT CARD Refunds Available.
