During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

- Expedited:Ā 2 to 3 business days (where available) after order processing

Delivery times vary by carrier and location and areĀ not guaranteed.

Enjoy free local delivery on orders between $15 and $25, within 15-mile radius of our shop.
- You will be contacted by email within 5 to 7 business days to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Eligibility requirements:
- Delivery address must be within 15 miles of shop
- Order minimum/maximum $15 up to $25
- Orders over $25 ship via standard shipping methods to ensure the best packaging and delivery experience

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable).

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.
4. Local Pickup & PopāUp Purchases

Local pickup may be available at select events or popāup locations.

Items purchased at popāups are taken home immediately and are not eligible for shipping.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
